Bill Pou

Bill Pou has been involved in sales and marketing for 30 years, of which 18 of those years have been in the advertising sector. He recently spent two years in the medical field as a marketer for STAT Home Health. His 20 years of advertising experience includes outdoor, print, and broadcast media.

Bill is a native of Shreveport, LA. He received a B.S. degree in Marketing from LSU in Baton Rouge. He moved to Dallas, TX in 1983 and spent most of his six years there in sports marketing with two professional franchises. As an account executive with Rawlings Sporting Goods, Bill moved back to Shreveport in 1989 and was responsible for entire states of Louisiana and Arkansas.

Bill joined Lamar Outdoor Advertising in 1993 and spent seven years working as an account executive and Sales Manager. He joined SB Magazine during its inception in 2000 and worked as General Sales Manager for three years. In 2003 Bill teamed up with The Radio Group and spent the next six years in broadcast media sales.

Bill and his wife Angel, also own Mrs. McGregor's Garden in Shreveport. Bill enjoys spending time with his children, Lindsey, Rex, John Peyton, and granddaughter Mamie.
